I generally put my spirals in my back pack spiral first.

Guess what side I draw on?
Spiral.

Guess what happens when someone knocks over a water bottle before a pep-rally?
Water damage, and lots of it.

It also got my sketch and trace notepads.
What's worse was I had a pen and highlighter explode in my backpack last year, and the water let the ink come back out of the fabric, and all over everything.

Like my favorite Germany hoody.
